Orders take two to three weeks, (10-15 working days) Many orders
will ship within 48 hours, but that cannot be guaranteed. If you
are in a hurry, may we suggest USPS Priority Shipping? You may choose
that option in the shipping portion of the shopping cart when you
place your order.
We use only the highest quality beads and findings to make our mother’s
bracelets. Most of our moms wear their bragelet every day and they
are built to last. We use sterling silver beads, letters and findings
and 14 karat gold-filled beads and findings. (Gold is a very soft
metal and most beaded jewelry uses gold-filled to keep the beads
from crushing.) Our Bali beads are solid silver. We do not use anythin
silver or gold plated in any part of anything we design.
Wrist size does not vary a whole lot. Seven inches is the average
bracelet size and fits most women. To find the size that is right
for you, take a cloth tape measure and wrap it around your wrist
so it is just touching your skin, but NOT tight. Add half an inch
and that should be your bracelet size. When in doubt, order a 7.
If you are using someone else’s bracelet to measure: Measure
the bracelet from bead to bead, then add half and inch. That is
the size to order. Measure twice! There is a $7.50 charge for resizing.
We have three clasps to choose from for MOST orders. (Triple strand
bracelets have only two choices)
Bulls-eye – Pinch and plug connector. The
most secure clasp, but it takes a little practice to learn to put
it on without help.
Toggle -- This is an open circle with a bar that
pokes through. Some prefer for ease of operation. We suggest a safety
chain with a toggle clasp. What is easier to put on may also fall
off with just as much ease.
Heart lobster – Your standard lobster claw
clasp. Easy to put on and secure. NOT available for three strand
bracelets.
Safety Chain – may be added to any bracelet
for just $7.50.
If we had to wait until everyone’s family was complete, we
would be out of business. We add names and birthstones all the time
for growing families. Just send the bracelet in a padded bubble
envelope with instructions, your return address and payment to:

We want you to love your bragelet almost as much as you love your
own children. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
return if for changes or a complete refund within 30 days. We pride
ourselves in designing each bracelet individually, so the design
of each bracelet will vary. If the bead pattern is the problem,
that is really a design issue and there will be a $7.50 charge for
redesign per strand.
The information you give to us will not leave our hands PERIOD.
We do not sell our customer lists to anyone. We would like to send
you an email or an occasional post card informing you of our specials.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry 100%. If your bracelet
should break within your first 30 days of ownership, we will restring
it for free. After 30 days, there is a $7.50 restring charge. Just
place your item in a padded bubble envelope with payment and your
name address and instructions and send it through regular mail to:

Most repairs cost just $7.50, plus the cost to replace a broken
clasp or lost letters, if necessary. Please allow two weeks for
repairs to be returned to you. We CANNOT call you to let you know
that we have received your package, but we will gladly send you
an email confirmation if your email address is included in the package.
Insurance is not necessary.
